I will be analyzing the history of the iPad, studying its turbulent relationship with the publishing world, and doing a case study of three national magazines using tablet technology.
This is where I need your help. I'm curious about why the consumer (aka you and me) is interested in e-technolgy, and more specifically, the iPad.

I bought one for husband. An English major, I can't see myself using one for books. Nor can anyone of four in my family - we like holding books and turning the pages. We collect books and have a decent library at home. Daughter and I like leather-bound books.
not planning on buying one. I love my mac book and don't see the point in having a large ipod touch (which i currently own)
So, what happened to your thesis project, Britney? Social media nowadays can really be a big help in our life. Just like you, you use it to formulate your thesis abstract to help with your thesis project. Anyway, I do hope everything went well with it.
